FieldSafetyTalk Refund Policy

FieldSafetyTalk is a product of PreTaskPlanner LLC. FieldSafetyTalk provides instant-access digital products: an online safety-talk library, downloadable print-ready PDFs, and the subscription-based Delivery and record-keeping tools. Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately, the following terms apply.

Free tier

Every account includes free online access to our full library and a limited number of free PDF downloads. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate whether FieldSafetyTalk fits your needs before purchasing.

Library Unlock (one-time purchase)

Library Unlock unlocks unlimited PDF downloads of our safety-talk library. Because downloaded PDFs cannot be returned, refunds for Library Unlock are handled as follows:

• If you have not downloaded any PDFs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• If you have downloaded only a small number of PDFs and believe the product is not as described, contact us within 14 days — we review these requests individually and in good faith.
• Requests made after substantial download activity (a significant portion of the library) may be declined, as the product will have been substantially used. Our systems log download activity for each account.

Delivery (monthly subscription)

• You may cancel anytimefrom your account’s billing page. Cancellation stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months already billed, except where required by law.
• If you were charged after cancelling, or believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will make it right.

How to request a refund

Email info@fieldsafetytalk.comfrom the email address on your account, including your order details. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we’re glad to help and can usually resolve issues faster than a formal dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access to your account.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region.
