FieldSafetyTalk was built by a working safety professional who knows the daily reality of the job site: the talk itself isn’t the hard part — proving it happened, in a language everyone understood, is where it falls apart. Paper sign-in sheets get lost. Half the crew nods along to a talk they couldn’t fully read. And when an audit or incident hits, the records you need may not exist.

FieldSafetyTalk closes that gap. It combines a free, multilingual library of professionally written toolbox talks with a simple way to deliver them, collect every worker’s sign-off, and walk away with a timestamped, audit-ready record of every meeting — no app and no worker logins required.

What we do

• A toolbox talk library, free to read. Every toolbox talk is written to a professional standard and reviewed against applicable OSHA requirements before publication. Hundreds of safety talks covering fall protection, electrical, confined space, excavation, heat stress, scaffolding, and dozens more hazard categories — written to a professional standard and available to read online for free in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Turkish. Free accounts include a few print-ready PDF downloads; a one-time Library Unlock ($149) gives you unlimited PDF downloads.
• Digital delivery and crew sign-off. A foreman starts a meeting, workers scan a QR code or tap a link, read the talk in their language, answer a short comprehension check, and sign on their own phone — with the foreman watching sign-offs come in live. Two sign-off modes are supported: Own Device (each worker on their own phone) and Kiosk Mode (a shared tablet or phone passed around, where each worker selects their name from the crew list and signs). Foremen can also deliver a custom topic by entering their own talk title. (On custom topics, the title is entered by the foreman; automatic summaries and comprehension questions for custom topics are an Enterprise feature.)
• Audit-ready records. Every completed meeting produces a tamper-evident record capturing attendance, signatures, timestamps, comprehension results, and supervisor certification.
• Participation tracking. See who’s attending, who’s falling behind, and each worker’s history over time.

Who’s behind it

FieldSafetyTalk is created by Mustafa Tok, CSP, ASP, CHST, an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer with over a decade of international construction safety experience across federal, heavy-civil, and industrial projects. The content is written and reviewed to a professional standard, with references to applicable OSHA standards.
